Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and we supply the clients; you choose which opportunities to pursue.

Earn $40–$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. We also provide general liability coverage and support throughout your assignments. Must have 2+ years of teaching experience, CPR/First Aid, and be US-based with work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old and based in the US with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and equipment for lessons.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create personalized lesson plans for each student.
• Schedule lessons with flexible timing.
• Travel to client locations safely.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to student needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
