Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning competitive pay and fast payouts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pools.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
