Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients while you bring your expertise. Expect fast payments, eligibility for general liability coverage, and regular client matches based on area and availability. Onboarding can begin quickly after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to provide swim instruction equipment if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
