Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and earn competitive pay by delivering safe, personalized instruction.

We supply clients and support you through onboarding; you travel locally, tailor lesson plans to each student, track progress, and ensure safety at all times while providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must base in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a safe, fun and effective learning experience for students and clients.
