Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply the clients and handle insurance coverage; you provide safe, personalized instruction and travel to local pools. Join a growing national network and earn competitive pay while helping learners of all ages gain water confidence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
