InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company offering lessons in clients' homes and community pools. Instructors set their own schedules and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Earn $40-$70 per 1 hour lesson with flexible travel and insurance coverage. Must have 2+ years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and have US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.

• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
