Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, travel locally, and receive payment within 24 hours of each lesson. Earn competitive pay while helping students of all ages improve their skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Must be based in the US with work authorization.
• Professional attitude, safety-aware approach and ability to create lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility to fit client needs.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to goals and abilities.
• Provide a fun, safe, structured learning experience.
