Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach one-on-one or small group lessons in clients' homes and nearby pools across your area. We supply the clients and you set your schedule, earning $40-$70 per hour per lesson. Pay is issued quickly after each lesson and local travel is supported.

Applicants need at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid, have reliable transportation, US work authorization, and be willing to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student3s ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
