InstaSwim is actively seeking professional swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' private homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson, with weekly opportunities to match with local clients.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or be willing to obtain), and have reliable transportation. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour depending on location and experience.

• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
