Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning paid promptly after each session.

Require at least 2 years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, 18+, reliable transportation, and US work eligibility. You'll travel to lesson locations, design personalized plans, ensure safety, and receive fast payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to bring/use swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
