InstaSwim LLC is seeking experienced private swim instructors to conduct lessons in clients' homes and community pools across Missouri. This role allows for flexible scheduling, and instructors can earn between $40-$70 per lesson, getting paid within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment may be required.
• Must have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children.
• Confidence in creating personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess students' skills and adapt lessons as necessary.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
