Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with the ability to choose which clients to work with.

Requirements include a minimum of two years’ instruction experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, and US work authorization. Earn $40-$70 per hour, with company insurance coverage and background check paid by InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
