Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide the clients, insurance coverage, and fast onboarding to help you start within days. Earn $40–$70 per hour, with travel to local locations and flexible hours tailored to your availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
