InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and select clients, with payments processed quickly after each lesson.

We provide clients and support, with insurance coverage and background check cost covered. Earn $40–$70 per hour, with flexible local travel and onboarding that can begin within 24–48 hours of interview.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
