Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and choose which clients to work with, while we supply the clients.

You can earn $40-$70 per hour, get paid quickly (within 24 hours after each lesson), and benefit from insured work with our liability coverage. Training and background checks provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional attitude with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
