Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and support your onboarding; earn $40–$70 per hour, depending on location and experience. Join a growing network of instructors who love teaching and flexible, rewarding work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
