InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company. Instructors teach in clients' homes or community pools, with you setting your own schedule and getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certifications, US work authorization, and reliable transportation. You will travel locally and build personalized lesson plans for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations safely.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
