Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule and choose which clients to work with; payments are issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR and First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Training materials and support are provided, and liability coverage is included.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
