Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally to clients' locations. Earn $40-$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients, you bring expertise and safety focus; InstaSwim covers liability and supports flexible scheduling as you join a growing national network of instructors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
