InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We cover insurance and offer client matching in your area.

This role requires at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Join a national network with flexible local opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
