Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and we supply the clients. Earn competitive pay with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Must have at least 2 years of instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and be 18+. This role offers insurance coverage and ongoing client matches, with safe, personalized lesson plans and immediate start after

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
