Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, while earning competitive pay.

We supply the clients and offer quick payment after each lesson. Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), and be based in the US with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Based in the US with work authorization.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
