Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule and choose clients, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and support, travel locally, and offer quick onboarding. Requires at least 2 years of swim instruction, US-based work authorization, and CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
