Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with options for PayPal and other methods.

We cover liability insurance for instructors and match clients based on area and availability. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transport, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the US.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Based in the US with valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations safely.
• Create personalized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, safe and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.
