InstaSwim is seeking private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools in the US. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with; payments are issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Expect to schedule flexibly, travel locally, and receive client matches based on area and availability. Insurance coverage and quick onboarding help you start within days, with must-have CPR/First Aid and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
