InstaSwim invites professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule while we provide clients, with fast pay within 24 hours after each lesson.

We offer insurance coverage and regular client matches in your area. You must have CPR/First Aid certification, be 18+, and be US-based with work authorization. Start teaching quickly after onboarding, with potential for ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
