Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. Instructors choose which clients to work with, set their own schedules, and receive payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

You will travel to client locations, deliver tailored lesson plans, and ensure safety while helping swimmers of all ages progress. CPR/First Aid and US work authorization are required; liability coverage is provided by InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with valid work authorization.
• Professional, positive attitude—works well with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
