Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' private homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR and First Aid certifications, and be based in the US with work authorization. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour per lesson.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications are required or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons to progress.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
