Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule, the clients you work with, and you earn competitive pay with fast 24-hour payment after each lesson.

We supply clients and add you to our liability policy. Minimum 2 years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization are required. Begin teaching within 24–48 hours post-interview, with travel within your chosen radius.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
