Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across our service area. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and support, and you’ll travel locally while earning competitive hourly rates. Join a growing private-swim-instruction network that values safety, personalization, and professional delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• US work authorization is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid if not already certified.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
