Job summary

InstaSwim, a national private mobile swim lesson company, is seeking qualified instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You’ll set your own schedule, travel locally, and be paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with insurance coverage included in our policy.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
