Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the area. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, traveling locally to lesson locations.

Earn $40–$70 per hour, with payments processed quickly after each lesson. InstaSwim provides clients and coverage under our liability policy, and onboarding can start within a few days after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
