Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule and enjoy flexible travel within your locale, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

You’ll access a steady flow of client matches, receive support, and be added to InstaSwim’s general liability policy. Ideal candidates have 2+ years teaching swim, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to deliver personalized lesson plans to

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Ability to design personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive learning experience while ensuring safety.
