InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company seeking professional, experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and we supply the clients, paying you within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude around children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
