Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson, with options to choose which clients you work with.

We supply clients; you provide professional instruction and safe, personalized lesson plans. Expect supportive onboarding, flexible travel radius, and the potential to earn competitive pay in a growing network of swim instructors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and US work authorized.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to use and carry swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Must clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
