Job summary

InstaSwim hires professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools, nationwide. You set your schedule, travel to local pools, and get paid quickly after each lesson. We cover you with general liability insurance and provide client matches based on your area and availability.

Earn $40-$70 per hour, based on experience and location. Expect a simple onboarding process and fast start within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear a background check.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
