Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including your Flower Mound, TX area. You set your own schedule while we supply clients and handle onboarding.

Earn $40–$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson. Must have at least 2 years of instruction experience and CPR/First Aid certification, plus reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
