InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including Texas and surrounding areas. Instructors set their own schedules and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of private/public swim instruction experience.
• Age 18 or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional, positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
