Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. Instructors set their own schedule, travel locally, and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients, you choose which to work with, and you can begin within 24–48 hours after onboarding. Requirements include 2+ years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, reliable transportation, and a professional attitude when working with all ages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
