Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We require at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, US work authorization, CPR/First Aid certifications, and a professional, positive attitude. Travel to local pools is required, and safety is our top priority.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
