Job summary

InstaSwim invites professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We provide clients, you bring expertise.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, and US work authorization. Travel to local pools is expected; insurance coverage is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible timing.
• Travel to clients' pool locations and ensure safe travel.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, engaging, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
