Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose clients, earning $40-$70 per hour with payments within 24 hours.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, creating personalized lesson plans, tracking progress, ensuring safety, and traveling to lesson locations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
