Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, travel locally to client locations, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson. Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Applicants must be 18+ with reliable transportation. Earn $40-$70 per hour.

• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes and pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress, adapting lessons accordingly.
• Ensure safety of students at all times.
