Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, we supply the clients, and payments are issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements: at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR and First Aid certs, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and willingness to pass a background check. Earn $40–$70 per 1-hour lesson with flexible local travel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
