InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning competitive pay and fast 24-hour post-lesson compensation.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a safe, patient teaching style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pools.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student's skills and progress, adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
