InstaSwim is looking for professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, travel locally, and earn competitive pay with quick 24-hour payments after each lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
