Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson, with opportunities to choose clients and travel locally.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transport, and US work authorization. Compensation ranges from $40–$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
