Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose clients to work with, earning rewards quickly after each lesson.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour lesson, with fast payments via PayPal or other methods.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
