Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. Instructors set their own schedules, travel to local pools, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson through PayPal or other methods.

Instructors are added to InstaSwim's general liability policy for coverage. We value experienced, reliable instructors with CPR/First Aid certification and a professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private or small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create personalized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, safe learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
