Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and travel locally, and we supply the clients.

You’ll earn $40-$70 per hour and be paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We provide insurance coverage and a fast onboarding process so you can start quickly and safely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
